Who we are:

Fluid Power Support was founded in 2000. In the last 25 years Fluid Power has grown into a state-of-the-art metal fabrication facility mastering CNC, robotic welding, laser technologies, power folding, punching, shearing, sand blasting and powder coating systems.

Job Summary:

The Scheduling Data Entry Specialist is to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of ERP data.  This role will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of records related to parts, production, processes, inventory, quality control and customer orders. 

Job Duties:

  • Accurately input large volumes of data from various sources into the company ERP system.
  • Review and verify entered data for completeness, accuracy and correctness.
  • Create, update and maintain system records with correct information.
  • Identify, investigate and correct, as directed, any discrepancies or errors in the data.
  • Generate reports as requested and assist with data analysis tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal team and supervisor to resolve issues and ensure data consistency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Fast and accurate typing speed is essential.
  • A strong focus on accuracy and detail is critical for data integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Works well with others and can multitask
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience and Education Required:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferred
  • Experienced in Microsoft 365 (excel, word, outlook, etc.)

Physical Demands:

  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer.

Work Environment and Personal Protective Equipment:

  • General office environment, with some exposure to plant environment, with forklift and other general hazards.
  • Safety glasses in the plant environment.
  • Steel toed boots/shoes in the plant environment.
  • Hearing protection in the plant environment.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Full-time position, 40+ hours per week
  • Day Shift – Monday thru Friday
